Our collection

Subrealism LTD sells books, records, CDs, cassettes and other collectable items. Unless described as new, items are pre-owned. Age, wear, edition and any known defects are described in each listing. Please read the description and photographs before ordering. Used goods still carry statutory consumer rights.

Prices & payment

Prices and payments are in pounds sterling (GBP). The final total, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown before payment. Card, bank transfer and PayPal options are shown at checkout. You can correct your basket and delivery information before submitting an order. An unpaid manual-payment order is not proof of payment; we dispatch only after payment is confirmed.

Submitting an order requests the listed goods at the displayed total. An order reference acknowledges receipt of the order. Acceptance is confirmed when we dispatch the goods. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled goods. Nothing in these terms permits us to retain payment for goods we cannot supply.

Delivery

Free UK delivery* uses 2nd class large letter or Tracked 48 Royal Mail service. Additional or international delivery services and charges must be agreed and displayed before payment. If a service or total cannot be confirmed, please contact us before ordering. Unless we agree otherwise, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days. The goods remain our responsibility until they reach you or a person you nominate, subject to the statutory exception for an independently commissioned carrier.

International buyers may be charged import VAT, customs duties or handling fees by their destination country or carrier, in addition to the checkout total. Local mandatory consumer rights may also apply. Delivery & payment information.

Cancellation, faults & complaints

Most online goods orders can be cancelled within 14 days after delivery. See our returns and cancellation policy for deadlines, refunds and the model cancellation form. These terms do not exclude your rights if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, and do not limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

For a complaint, email subrealism.administrator@gmail.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will investigate and reply. You may seek independent advice, including from Citizens Advice, and use remedies available under applicable law.

Applicable law

Applicable UK consumer law governs sales by this UK business. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights or access to courts that a consumer has in their country of residence. Changes to these terms do not retrospectively change an existing order.
